    Mariah Noland came to us almost a year ago from Hawaii. She is currently studying to become an Ultrasound Technician and works today as our Patient Care liaison.     Heidi’s path to permanent makeup began in 1989 when she channeled her love of the beauty industry into a career as a make up artist. In the years to follow, she would craft looks for top beauty brands like Estee Lauder and 29 Cosmetics, along with big names, like Little Big Town and Kiss.

    Later, Heidi would transition from sculpting the face to refining the skin, earning her esthetician license from the International School of Skin and Nail Care.

    In 199, Heidi received her first permanent makeup certification from the Charme International - a world renowned cosmetic dermopigmentation and dermo medical aesthetics educational institution.

    And now we are fortunate to have her come to Charleston where she is now accepting new patients. Once you meet her you will see the difference and understand why she is an expert in the field.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Blair Turnage and I am a Physician Assistant with over 15 years of experience. I am blessed to have been able to work and live in Charleston throughout my career.

I am the mother to three amazing humans and wife to my sweet husband of 14+ years. We live here in Charleston.

I graduated from The College of Charleston. After Graduation, I attended the Medical University of SC while working in research and publishing at MUSC in several Medical Journals.

After graduation from PA school I began work in Neurosurgery and Emergency Medicine learning and teaching residents and students. I have always loved working with aesthetics and teaching anatomy. I was honored to work in an academic setting where I was able to teach and learn from so many talented clinicians.

I have practiced aesthetics and performed injections with varieties of toxins and filler products for the last several years and am thrilled to bring these products to you! When you walk away from your visit I want you to be more informed and feel confident with your treatments.

We want you to feel comfortable coming into this practice. We pride ourselves on being approachable and easy to reach. Please feel free to call, text or just stop by. We look forward to caring for you and being a part of your beauty journey, finding beauty both inside and out.
